This Privacy Policy explains how Scouted by Stella (operated by Stella Global LLC) ("Stella", "Company", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information in connection with scoutedbystella.com, all related subdomains, and the scouting and talent-introduction services offered on or through them (collectively, the "Services").

Stella is the controller of the personal information we hold about you in connection with your use of the Services. This means we determine and are responsible for how your personal information is used.

1. What is personal information?

When we use the term "personal information" in this Privacy Policy, we mean any data or information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular individual.

2. Our collection and use of personal information

We collect personal information in three ways: you provide it to us, we collect it automatically, and we receive it from third parties and public sources.

Information you provide to us

• Brand enquiry information: name, brand or company name, work email address, role, and the content of your brief (project details, dates, location, budget). We use this to respond to your enquiry, prepare talent selections, and communicate with you.
• Model application information: name, age, city and country of residence, email address, social media handles, photographs and digitals, physical measurements where provided, and any other information you include in your application or communications. We use this to evaluate applications, communicate with you, and — only with your separate written permission — to introduce you to brands and transmit your photographs and details to them.
• Communications information: information contained in messages you send us through forms, email, or other channels. We use this to respond, to manage and grow our organization, and to keep records in case of complaints or legal claims.

Information collected automatically

• Log data: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, date and time of visit, and error data.
• Usage data: pages viewed, links clicked, and interactions with the Services.
• Cookies and similar technologies: we use a limited number of cookies necessary to operate the site and protect our forms from abuse (including security verification technology). We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the Services.

Information from other sources

We may obtain professional contact information from publicly available or licensed sources, and from service providers that assist us with business communications. We use this information to communicate with individuals in their professional capacity.

Additional uses

We may also use personal information: to fulfill the purpose for which it was provided; to manage our day-to-day operations; to verify identity when you contact us; to maintain the safety, security, and integrity of the Services; to enforce our Terms of Service and protect our rights and the rights of others; to prevent fraud; to comply with legal obligations; and for any other purpose to which you consent.

We may process aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be linked to an individual. Such information is not subject to this Privacy Policy.

3. Our disclosure of personal information

We disclose personal information only as follows:

• To brands, with permission: a model's photographs and details are transmitted to brands only with that model's written permission, which may be withdrawn at any time with prospective effect.
• Service providers: hosting, infrastructure, email delivery, security verification, and administrative providers who process information on our behalf under contractual obligations.
• Corporate transactions: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, or in the event of insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership.
• Legal obligations and rights: to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; to comply with law or respond to lawful process; to protect our rights, property, and safety and those of others; to detect and prevent fraud; or as otherwise required by law.
• With your direction or consent.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for third-party behavioral advertising.

4. Data collection technologies in our emails

Our service emails may include technologies that tell us whether an email was opened or a link clicked, helping us measure and improve our communications. You can block these by disabling remote images in your email client. Every non-essential email we send includes a functioning unsubscribe mechanism, and unsubscribe requests are honored promptly.

5. Control over your personal information

• Access, correction, deletion: contact us at hello@team.scoutedbystella.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
• Marketing communications: use the unsubscribe link in any email or contact us directly. You cannot opt out of essential service communications (e.g., responses to your own enquiry).
• Withdrawal of permission: a model may withdraw permission for the use or transmission of her photographs and details at any time by written notice, effective prospectively.

6. Personal information of minors

The Services are not directed to children under 16. Applicants aged 16 or 17 may apply only through a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from anyone under 16; if we learn that we have, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians may contact us at any time to review or delete a minor's information.

7. Retention

We retain personal information no longer than necessary for the purposes in this Policy, applying the following criteria: information processed to perform a contract is kept for the duration of the contract plus any period required by law or by applicable limitation periods; information processed on the basis of legitimate interests is kept for a reasonable period proportionate to that interest, taking account of your rights and freedoms; information processed on consent is kept until consent is withdrawn; information subject to a legal obligation is kept as long as the obligation requires; and information subject to a legal hold is retained until the hold is released. In all cases we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the information and the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure.

8. Security and international transfers

We store personal information electronically and implement reasonable precautions against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No security measures are absolute.

Information may be transferred to and stored in countries outside your jurisdiction, including the United States, where we and our service providers operate. Where information is transferred from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we ensure the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision or by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. 9. Profiling

We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing. We may evaluate professional information to determine the relevance of a business introduction; a human reviews every such decision.

10. Links to third-party services

The Services may link to third-party websites and services. This Policy does not apply to them, and we are not responsible for their practices. Consult their respective privacy notices.

11. Complaints

You may make a privacy complaint to hello@team.scoutedbystella.com. We will acknowledge and respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied, you may contact your local data protection authority (see the regional annexes below).

12. Updates

We may update this Policy from time to time. The date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Services after an update signifies acknowledgment of the updated Policy.

Annex A — Additional disclosures for the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

Legal bases for processing. We process personal information only where a lawful basis applies:

• Contract / pre-contractual steps: responding to and administering your enquiry or application.
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): business-to-business communications relevant to the recipient's professional role; responding to communications; keeping records for complaints and legal claims; honoring and recording opt-outs (so that we do not contact you again); securing and improving the Services. We balance these interests against your rights and freedoms before processing; you may object at any time (see below).
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): transmission of a model's photographs and details to brands occurs only with that model's written permission, which may be withdrawn at any time with prospective effect; any optional cookies or similar technologies.
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): bookkeeping, taxation, and similar requirements.

Source disclosure (Art. 14 GDPR). Where we hold personal information not collected from you directly, we will, at the latest at the time of our first communication with you, inform you of the categories of information held, its source, the purposes and legal basis of the processing, and your rights, unless an Art. 14(5) exception applies.

Your rights. Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: access your personal information and obtain a copy; rectify inaccurate or incomplete information; erase your information where continued processing is not justified; restrict processing; data portability for information you provided to us; withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing; and object to processing based on legitimate interests, including an unconditional right to object to direct marketing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority — in the EU, your national data protection authority; in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (edoeb.admin.ch).

Annex B — Additional disclosures for Australia

If you are in Australia, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles apply. You may request access to or correction of your personal information, and make a complaint, via hello@team.scoutedbystella.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au). Where we disclose personal information to recipients outside Australia, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles it consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Annex C — Additional disclosures for California residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended ("CCPA"), California residents have the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request deletion and correction; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. In the preceding 12 months we have collected the categories described in Section 2 (identifiers, professional information, internet activity, and, for applicants, photographs and physical characteristics), used them for the purposes described in Section 2, and disclosed them only to the categories of recipients described in Section 3. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes requiring a right to limit under the CCPA.
